Biography
Vasily Generalov is a practicing neurologist, epileptologist, the head of the PlanetaMed Clinics of Challenging Diagnosis. In 2011 he defended the doctoral dissertation at the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University, where he lately taught and got the Professor Degree. Today V. Generalov is lecturing at the Bashkir State Medical University. The international practice of managing patients with pharma-resistant epilepsy, epileptics encephalopathy and pregnant women is widely spread. He has had an experience of participating in elaboration of methodological recommendations and manuals for doctors on epilepsy, presiding educational awareness of patients. Among the issues being highlighted in his articles are the following ones: diagnostics and epilepsy treatment problems, cerebrovascular diseases, conceptual methods of approach and individual patients with developmental disorders, neurodegenerative and hereditary diseases treatment. He is a founder and the expert at the Scientific Research Center for Problems of Generational Degeneration
