Cheryl Kennedy MacDonald is an integrative psychotherapist, women’s wellbeing specialist and founder of Female Focused Therapy. She holds an MA and postgraduate diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and has over twenty years’ experience supporting women through pregnancy, motherhood, perimenopause, relationship transitions, burnout and identity change. Cheryl’s work bridges psychotherapy, somatic practice and women’s health, with a particular focus on emotional regulation, self-worth and embodied approaches to psychological wellbeing. She is also the founder of YogaBellies, an international women’s yoga school, and has authored multiple books and programmes on women’s yoga, birth and midlife wellbeing
